Shipping & Delivery

Mattress + Bed Delivery Information – Once you have placed your order the sales team will contact you to book a suitable day for delivery assuming the goods are in stock ready for dispatch. Once a day is confirmed you will receive either a text or email from the delivery team the day before the delivery to confirm an AM or PM Time slot, AM being 8-1 and PM 1-6. Your package will always need to be signed for and taken to the room of your choice with all packaging removed. It can be left with a neighbour to sign for it if you instruct us to do so. The driver will also call you 30 minutes prior to arriving at the delivery address.

The driver will wait a Maximum of 10 minutes if no one is at the delivery address. After 10 minutes the driver will depart and your goods will go back to the depot. If this happens their will be a re delivery charge of £65.00 to the customer.

You must make sure that it is accessible for the vehicle that is carrying your goods to be able to deliver to your home. Please let us know at the time of ordering if there are any vehicle restrictions at the delivery address. If the vehicle can not access your property the goods will go back to the depot and another deliver day will be booked with a smaller van sent to deliver the goods. A re delivery charge of £65.00 will be charged to the customer.

You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our Courier considers that access is unsafe then the Goods will not be delivered until safe access is provided. Their will be a £65.00 charge to the customer if this happens.

Delivery times for our mattress range vary. Some ranges are held in stock in our warehouse, some are arriving on a regular basis whilst others are manufactured to order. Any delivery date or period for delivery given will be considered as indicative only, although it’s our policy to fulfill all orders in the estimated time given.

Your goods will be taken to the room of your choice via a 2 man delivery team, cardboard packaging removed and taken away. We will not remove plastic.

Once Goods have been signed for upon delivery, we cannot accept any claims for any damage to those Goods.

If we accidentally damage goods in the course of the delivery then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.

Delivery of Pillows and Small Goods

Any small goods ordered will be disaptched via an overnight courier. This service does not give a time delivery and will arrive anytime approx between 9am-6pm. In the event of you not being home to receive your delivery the driver will leave a card through your postbox indicating your parcel number and a number to call and re arrange at a time more convenient to yourself.

Returns & Replacements

Returning Delivered Goods - The Distance Selling Regulations 2000
We want you to be entirely happy with your new purchase however if you decide you are not entirely happy with it or you have simply changed your mind then please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods.  We are happy for you to return the goods to us at your cost; alternatively we can arrange a collection at a cost of £120.00 – We ask that you please return the goods back in the original packaging taking care to reseal the box so we are able to resell.

Cancellations prior to delivery - If you have been given a delivery date and you wish to cancel your order their will be a charge of £65.00 This charge is to return the dispatched goods back to our warehouse as they are already in transit.

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any manufacturing, supplier or transport increases, or if the price shown on the website is wrong due to error or omission.  We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, debit card, cheques or cash.
